9th Carrah Wembley-nominated by Mrs. Heil: Carrah was helping a classmate on crutches get to class and that act of kindness is much appreciated. Way to go, Carrah!

11th Yury Flores Perez-nominated by Mr. Jones: she works hard at completing assignments making good use of her time in class

Middle School Students of the Week (9/27/24):
8th - Pablo Rodriguez: Pablo has fantastic grades and is pushing himself with his independent reading. After reading an excerpt of "Flowers for Algernon" he checked out the full novel and is working his way through a potentially challenging read.
7th - Maddie Guzman: Maddieโs positivity and preparedness make such a difference in class! Her enthusiasm for learning brightens the atmosphere. Itโs great to see someone who approaches education with such a joyful attitude!
6th - Vanessa Gutierrez: Vanessa is going above and beyond in helping a new student get familiar with HMS! Way to go Vanessa.
