Mr. Bowman is Hartford Middle School's 7th grade math teacher.He works hard to create a positive and engaging learning environment where students feel supported. He takes the time to understand the students needs and provides support if needed. Thank you Mr. Bowman for all you do.

Mrs Gromak is Hartford Middle School's 7th grade Science teacher. She takes the time to get to know her students and builds a positive learning environment. She enjoys working with the students in her classroom and takes pride in helping them grow both academically and socially. Thank you Mrs. Gromak for all you do.

Renovate High School Grounds & Practice Soccer Field SCOPE OF WORK Leveling ground by our high jump pit and spreading 4” of topsoil. Prep for hydroseed. Hydroseed to be performed by other. Practice soccer field: Removal of tree in NE corner. Crowning playing surface with up to 3” of topsoil and prep for hydroseed to be performed by other. INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS All bidders shall quote in conformance with exact conditions and specifications outlined in this document. BONDING A bid bond in the amount of 5% of your bid must be provided with your bid. Bonds for all unsuccessful bidders will be returned upon award of bid. A performance and labor bond may be required by owner. Please list your cost for PLM bond separately on the bid sheet. Do not include cost in your base bid. VISITATION TO THE SITE The contractor shall field measure carefully and check all areas on the prints furnished for other conditions to ensure proper fit in all areas designated. No request for installation extras will be considered due to measurement or take-off errors by the installation contractor. When visiting the site contractors shall make an appointment with the Superintendent, Nick Blackmer 269-621-7001 between the hours of 9:00 to 2:00. CLEAN UP After completion of Renovate High School Grounds & Practice Soccer Field installation, the installation contractor shall remove all scraps, packaging, and rubbish caused by his/her work. GUARANTEE Installation contractor shall guarantee all workmanship and materials furnished against defects for a period of one year from date of final payment and shall make any adjustments and replace defective work without additional cost. DAMAGE TO THE BUILDING The successful bidder shall be responsible for any damage to the building by his workers while performing the work indicated in this specification.

Prior to acceptance, an inspection will be made by the owner’s representative together with the contractor to ensure that all work has been completed according to specifications. Once owner approval is given, contractor shall issue invoice for work completed. The invoice will be paid within 30 days after receipt of invoice. 🏀All girls that are in 3rd-8th grade for next school year are invited to participate in a volleyball and basketball Summer Sports Camp on June 2, 3 & 4th. It will be held from 10-1:30 at Hartford High School and costs $30 to participate, lunch is provided.

Medical forms, permission slips, and money are due by May 22nd. All forms will be sent home. See Mrs. Blackmer or Mrs. Matheny or stop by the office if you have any questions or need a flyer.

MY Favorite HS Memory the #1 Skill I'm Taking with Me Advice for Future Seniors my Plans after Graduation The number one skill that i’m taking with me is my ability to speak in public with confidence. My favorite high school memory was getting accepted into the Cosmetology program at the tech center and making new friends from other schools. Venture out! It’s not too late to try something new! After graduation I plan to finish Cosmetology at the tech center and get licensed. Then go to SMC or NMU for nursing to eventually become a midwife nurse.

My favorite memories are participating in the musicals. It goes by fast, enjoy it. I am attending LMC to study Communications, then transferring to Indiana University to study Film making.

The HHS Senior class of 2026 has a new scholarship available to them! This is a $3000, 4 year renewable scholarship. 2 students will be selected and the award will be announced at Senior Awards Night. If you have any questions, please contact the counseling office or Mrs. McNitt.
