The Hartford Huskies Wrestling Team demonstrated their prowess at the Southwest 10 conference meet, clinching an impressive 3rd place. Five standout athletes, Anya Watkins, Roman Rodarte, Alex Saldana, Braeden Birkhead, and Niomi Perez, earned 1st Team All-Conference honors for their exceptional performances.
Vanessa Alonso, Isaiah Lovel, and Linken Birkhead secured 2nd Team All-Conference recognition, showcasing their talent and commitment. Taliyah Mendoza, Bobby Lenza, and Danny White received All-Conference Honorable Mention for their hard work on the mat.
The collective effort of the entire team was evident, with each member playing a crucial role in the team's success. The Huskies travel to Coloma on Wednesday for team districts.
