As staff checked the school grounds this morning, it was discovered that Redwood Elementary has no power. Due to this power outage, Hartford Public Schools will be closed today, Friday May 16. Graduation is still planned for tonight at 6pm, as the High School still has power. 2025 Hartford Huskies Rocket Football Camp. All Rocket Football players are invited to the Hartford Rocket Football Camp. Players will learn the fundamentals of the Offensive and Defensive Positions. An early registration fee of $40 is due by July 1st. After July 1st, a late registration of $50 will be taken the first day of camp. Players are asked to wear Hartford T-shirts, shorts, and football cleats. Participants will receive a camp T-shirt for participating and it will be delivered at camp. Camp Schedule Wednesday July 30th 6:30-8:00pm Thursday July 31st 6:30-8:00pm The team camp will be located at the Hartford Varsity Practice Field. The middle school will be taking the NWEA test in math, reading, and science this spring. Each of the remaining Tuesdays of school will be devoted to a different test beginning with the NWEA math test starting tomorrow. Middle school students will test for the first three hours of school before heading to their normal classes.

The NHS has a very limited supply of Husky Blankets. These are heavy duty and last a really long time. They make great graduation gifts, excellent blankets for the car no matter the sports season, or a cozy blanket at home. Each blanket comes with its own case to keep everything neat no matter where you store it. Blankets are $60.
