11th Graders Tour Ferris Once again, our students were able to do some college exploration, thanks to WMU’s GEAR UP program. On March 21st, a group of juniors took a charter bus to Ferris State University in Big Rapids. After a presentation by the Admissions representative, students toured campus and learned about the great programs Ferris has to offer. Before leaving campus, students enjoyed a delicious lunch at The Rock Café. On a side note, it was great to see 2024 HHS graduates Mauritza Cruz and Erin Glover, who are completing their freshman year at Ferris!

MS Students of the Week (4/11/25): 6th Grade, Katelynn Bedwell: Katelynn is a great helper to friends and staff both in the classroom and outside of the classroom. Keep doing great things Katelynn. 7th Grade, Carlos Vega-Calderon: Carlos comes to class prepared, pays attention, and does his best work every day. His behavior has been excellent all year and he sets a great example for other students in the grade. 8th Grade, Andrew Bond: Andrew consistently completes his work, follows instructions, and engages with the lesson. He is kind to his peers and to his teachers and is a pleasure to have in class.
