We are hosting a free STEM Camp this summer. It will take place at HHS June 10-13, from 8-12, for students entering grades 9-12 in the fall. Breakfast and lunch will be provided. We will be building solar cars, launching rockets, tie dying and printing t-shirts, laser engraving, and learning about beach ecology and the water treatment plant! Sophomore, Jose Sanchez was accepted into Michigan State University's Multicultural Apprentice Program (MAP) program this summer. It is a free 4 week program, where he will live on campus. He will be exploring the agricultural sciences avenues offered. Congrats Jose!! Yesterday, the Freshmen class attended Six Flags for a Math and Science Day! 🎢 Thank you to the Hartford Foundation for Quality Education for their Grant to help make it possible for 83 9th graders to attend Math and Science Days at Six Flags ☀️
