On April 2nd, Governor Whitmer signed Executive Order 2020-35, which orders all K-12 school buildings closed for the remainder of the school year - unless restrictions are lifted - and ensures continuation of learning by setting guidelines for remote learning. Although face to face learning has been suspended, teaching and learning must continue. To that end, on Monday, April 27th, Hartford is transitioning to remote learning, which will provide student instruction either through paper pencil activities or online instruction. Transitioning to remote learning will require cooperation, patience, flexibility, and perseverance from families and our educators. Together we can make this a positive learning experience for our students.
