Executive Order 2020-48 provides limited and temporary relief from certain rules and procedures governing public meetings. This executive order requires the Hartford Public School Board to meet electronically.
The Hartford Public School District is seeking applicants for the current vacancy on the Board of Education. An individual will be appointed to fill the position through Dec 31, 2020 and will be replaced by the individual elected to the position (based upon the Nov 3, 2020 election results) on Jan 1, 2021.
Interested persons must submit a letter expressing interest with their qualifications for the seat to the District Central Office no later than 2 p.m. on May 4, 2020.
